Welcome to Star Luxury. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
The renter must be at least 21 years old (25 for certain premium vehicles). A valid driver’s license, national ID or passport, and a credit or debit card are required. -
Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or at our office. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or pick-up. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments. -
Vehicle Use
The vehicle may only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement. The car must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, off-road driving, or towing. Smoking and carrying hazardous materials in the vehicle are prohibited. -
Pick-Up and Return
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up unless otherwise stated. -
Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance is included in the rental fee. Additional coverage may be purchased. The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance. Traffic fines, toll charges, and parking tickets are the responsibility of the renter. -
Breakdowns and Accidents
In case of a breakdown, contact our roadside assistance immediately. In case of an accident, notify both the police and our support team right away. An accident report is required for insurance claims. -
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pick-up are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund. -
Company Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our rental requirements. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. -
Governing Law
