Booking and Reservations
You can book a car online, by phone, or by visiting our office. Bookings can be modified or canceled according to our policy.

Rental Requirements
You must present a valid drivers license, a national ID or passport, and a credit or debit card. The minimum rental age is 21. Some vehicles may require a minimum age of 25.

Payments and Charges
We accept major credit and debit cards. A security deposit may apply. Fuel costs, traffic fines, tolls, and parking tickets are the responsibility of the renter.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Cars can be picked up from our office, airport counter, or delivered to your location. Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and with the same fuel level unless otherwise stated.

During Your Rental
We provide 24 hour roadside assistance in case of breakdowns. If you need to extend your rental, please contact our support team before the return time.

Insurance and Safety
Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. All cars are regularly serviced and sanitized for your safety.
